Mindful Mentoring – Developing Resiliency in Youth

Acquire valuable skills to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges.

Nurturing a positive self-image and building a strong sense of self-worth.
Cultivating Positive Thoughts:
Learning the power of optimism and positivity in shaping our outlook on life.
Attachment:
Understanding the roots of our emotions and how our connections with others shape our well-being.
Mindful Mentoring is 8 weeks in length and incorporates two primary modules 1) Yoga and Mindfulness and 2) Therapeutic Cognitive tools. Students will come away from Mindful Mentoring with tools and strategies to learn to effectively deal with emotional regulation and develop resiliency. Here is a Program Outline.
