Donations are accepted during open hours only.

Yes please: clean, gently used women’s, men’s, and kids’ clothing, shoes, purses, and accessories.

Please pass on items that: need laundering or repair, show heavy wear, or have been exposed to moisture or strong odours.

Volunteer at Big Deals Boutique

Volunteers play a key role in keeping the Boutique welcoming, organized, and running smoothly. Tasks may include assisting customers, supporting sales, sorting and preparing donated items, pricing and tagging clothing, creating appealing displays, receiving donations during open hours, and helping with general organization and upkeep behind the scenes.

What volunteers gain: a supportive team environment, hands on retail and customer service experience, community connection, and reference letters when appropriate.

Every purchase at Big Deals Boutique helps fund youth mentoring programs across Central Vancouver Island. As a social enterprise of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Vancouver Island, Boutique revenue supports the work that makes mentoring possible.

Your support helps with volunteer recruitment and screening, safe and thoughtful mentor matches, and ongoing guidance for mentors, youth, and families.
